Citizens for Safe Water Around Badger (CSWAB) is leading a national campaign to defend the right of affected communities, tribal members, and workers to participate on Restoration Advisory Boards (RABs). The Badger RAB, which the Army has threatened to dissolve, was organized nearly 20 years ago as one of five pilot sites for the federal program.
In response to a formal petition from CSWAB, our federal elected officials (at the time, Senator Kohl and Congresswoman Baldwin) submitted a joint letter to the Army asking officials to justify a decision to disband and form a new RAB.
