WeatherizingProject Home‘s government-funded weatherization program completed work on 835 units—both single-family homes and smaller multi-unit buildings. Their work boosted the energy efficiency and comfort of low-income people’s homes.

This work, in both Dane and Green counties, helped:
• Save money for low-income residents (by cutting their energy use)
• Reduce the amount of energy needed from local energy companies
• Lower carbon dioxide emissions and pollution levels
