For 17 years Carol Bracewell has volunteered with Community Action on Latin America, which recently changed its name to Outside the Bean. She helped bring speakers to Madison that focus on Latin America, to promote greater understanding. She also organizes the popular Fair Trade Holiday Festival–a much-loved shopping event for over 3000 people, held the first Saturday in December.
