Step 1: Open Instagram and Start a New Story
Open the Instagram app and tap the + icon in the top left corner to start a new story, then select the photo or video you want to add to your story. Alternatively, you can share a post or Reel you’ve already made using the paper airplane icon found on that post and selecting “Add to story” from the options on the bottom.
Step 2: Access the Sticker Tray
Tap the sticker icon (a square smiley face) on the top of the screen.
Step 3: Select the Link Sticker
Browse through the sticker tray and tap the “Link” sticker (it features a chain icon) to select it.
Step 4: Add the Link
You can paste a link from your clipboard or type it in manually.
You can customize the text that appears on your story in the “+Customize sticker text” field.
Tap “Done” when you’re finished.
Step 5: Customize the Link Sticker
You can customize the link sticker by tapping on it to select a different color or style.
You can move the sticker around and resize it by dragging and pinching it.
Step 7: Share Your Story
Tap the “share” button (an arrow pointing right) in the bottom right corner to share your story with your followers or specific friends.
