Community Shares of Wisconsin (CSW), a Madison-based fundraising federation of 70 nonprofit organizations focused on social and environmental justice, seeks a Community Partnerships Director, a key role at CSW that will manage The Big Share online giving day, coordinate all corporate sponsorship solicitation, and co-manage our Annual Change-Maker Awards Celebration.
The position is responsible for managing all aspects of The Big Share including working with other staff to develop trainings, coordinating our relationship with all vendors and contractors working on The Big Share, and for coordinating, in partnership with an outside communications consultant, all communications for The Big Share.
Due to the changing nature of social media and the impact of the global pandemic on special events, we are hoping to find someone with video production experience or knowledge who will be helpful in integrating greater use of video and livestreaming into our events.
The ideal candidate will be detailed and have excellent project management skills. Having experience with other online giving days or special events is also very important. This is a director-level position and priority will be given to candidates who can hit the ground running quickly to help us move forward with The Big Share 2022.
This 40 hour/week position has an annual salary range of $50k-$60k depending upon experience. Full benefits are available including health and dental insurance, a retirement plan, paid vacation and medical leave, and more. CSW is a hybrid workplace, allowing you to work remotely when job duties don’t require in office activities. Ideally we would like someone in the position as soon as possible.
