Development Manager
Community Shares of Wisconsin (CSW), a Madison-based fundraising federation of 70 nonprofit organizations focused on social and environmental justice, seeks a Development Manager. The Development Manager is responsible for organizing and implementing fundraising plans to raise funds from individuals for CSW operations including annual giving, support of major gifts fundraising, planned giving, and support of special events, including The Big Share online giving day.
This position will be a key contact with our individual donors in the community and will be responsible for solicitation and management of all annual giving campaigns, including data entry and data management.
The ideal candidate will be detailed and have excellent project management skills. Having experience with other fundraising is important. A shared commitment to social and environmental justice is essential, including a commitment to our racial justice initiative.
This 40 hour/week position has an annual salary range of $52,500 – $63,000 depending upon experience. Full benefits are available including health and dental insurance, a retirement plan, a generous flexible paid time off policy including up to 6 weeks of paid parental leave. CSW is a hybrid workplace, allowing you to work remotely for part of your schedule, with some in-office time required in our Madison-based office.
