Among the many recent successes for River Alliance of Wisconsin in the past year, the organization:
- Supported and trained 170 citizens around the state to monitor the health of their rivers (photo at right)
- Joined a lawsuit to compel the EPA to enforce water pollution laws
- Routinely offers resources to local river groups, including trainings, a Watershed Advocate Toolkit, and sample organizational documents
- Helped get the Brunsweiler and Totogatic Rivers designated as “wild rivers”
