The Wisconsin Council of the Blind and Visually Impaired thanks Dennis Tande for tending the many flower beds around the Council’s building on Willy Street. If you’re there you might see him on his knees, dirt under his fingernails. “I love being able to add beauty to a landscape,” said Dennis, “and it’s a chance to work with some wonderful people.”
