Here are digital materials to help you promote your organization’s participation in CSW’s workplace giving campaign. Please forward them to the person in your organization in charge of social media or communications. These materials can be copied to use as-is or you can adapt them for your own needs. You can use the materials now through November 30.
Graphics
Use the 4:5 graphic for posts on Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, LinkedIn, and Bluesky.
You can use the tall graphic in Instagram/Facebook Stories/Reels or on TikTok. Remember to add a Link Sticker whenever appropriate so viewers can easily get more information.
Make Your Own Graphics
Blank Photo Frame: If you would like to use your own photo in these graphics, you can use this photo frame file. It is a png with a transparent background that will allow you to add your own photo using photo editing or graphic design software such as Photoshop or Canva.
Alt text
In order to make social media posts more accessible for people using screen readers, remember to include alt text for images. Alt text is a description of what is happening in photos or graphics. Alt text should provide context while being concise, detailed, and specific.
Here are suggestions for alt text for the social media graphics, and instructions on how to add alt text on social media.
