WORT-FM Community Radio has launched its new website, wortfm.org. To augment its venerated radio signal, wortfm.org delivers real-time interactive content to the thousands who listen in Wisconsin.
In addition, the 90+ volunteer DJs who lend their time and expertise to WORT now can showcase their knowledge and passion with their own blog for each show.
Other recent work:
• WORT brought a sorely needed noncommercial voice to the Democratic and Republican national conventions in 2012.
• Once again (this makes 20 of the past 21 years!) WORT was chosen “Favorite Radio Station” in the poll conducted by the Isthmus.
